WOD

Workout of the Day or as this Fat Kid likes to call it.....(WORKOUT OF DEATH!!!)

8 set of:

20 seconds of as many push ups and I can do within 20 seconds.

10 second rest (in between the 20 seconds of hell)

DO THAT EIGHT freaking times.

20 seconds of as many squats as I can do within 20 seconds.

10 seconds rest (in between the 20 seconds of hell)


I texted The Soldier when I was done and told him I hated everything in this world.

I wont be able to walk tomorrow.
